The size and colour can be custom-made requested by customers.
A. Worktop: The worktop is based on the requirement of customers for lab bench such as phenolic resin board, epoxy resin board or ceramic board. The edge of worktop will be treated specially to ensure its safety for human body.
B. Door and cabinet body: The cabinet is made of high quality 1.0/1.2mm cold rolled sheet with different thickness as per its different loading weight. The surface is treated by acid washing, phosphorization before coating by epoxy resin powder.The inside cabinet is equipped with adjustable setting for mobile layer. All the welding points have been polished specially which will not hurt the hand. The inside cabinet is with front and back upright columns and reinforcing ribs to increase the bearing capacity and impact resistance capacity. We can fill the sound insulation material into the inside space between two layers if it's required by customer.
C. Handle: Stainless steel U-type handle or long handle shaped once made of steel.
D. Movable back panel: Movable and free dissembling structure which is convenient for checking water, electricity and gas pipe etc.
E. Hinge: Using durable 304 stainless exterior steel hinge or 304 hydraulic hinge with excellent weight capacity which is rust resistance and can be used for long time.
F. Drawer sliding rail: Using 3-joints bearing drawer rail with noise reduction, it can ensure the full opening for the drawer with good bearing capacity and without deforming.
G. Sink: The PP sink is which is installed under the worktop. There's steel tubes to support the sink to keep it stable.
H. C-frame: galvanized 60x40x1.5(2.0)mm steel pipe coated with epoxy resin powder.
Installation: The installation procedures are designed to be very simple. It can be finished perfectly only by using a screw knife. We can furnish CAD installation drawing and installation guidance for your reference.
